Bears take control of ISE

Bulls handed over the floor to the bears on the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where selling-pressure in selected heavyweights moved the entire ready-board in downward direction amid decrease in index.
ISE network index showed a decrease of 19.42 points as the price-based indicator moved from 10,408.07 to 10,388.65 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 2,648,200 shares as compared with previous volume of 2,528,000 shares.
Total 160 companies participated in buying and selling activity. 82 Losers outnumbered 77 gainers while one company remained pegged to their overnight levels.
The turnover of OGDCL was 1,327,500 shares as compared with the previous volume of 798,000 shares.
The turnover of Pakistan Oilfields was 386,300 shares. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser was 365,500 shares.
