Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) will be opening tenders for rehabilitation of Multan Industrial Estate (MIS) on March 17.
There are seven bidders in the run for this project which consists of restoration of 743 acres of land in first phase and 667 acres of land in second phase, said Mohsin M Syed, Chairman PIEDMC, while talking to newsmen here on Tuesday.
He said that the Punjab Government has allocated Rs 100 million for this project while another Rs 50 million are also expected for construction of a dual road in this Estate.
Talking about an Industrial Estate in Lahore, he said that the proposed Industrial Estate at Sundar is under designing process.
