Punjab government has undertaken reforms in education sector and a number of steps have been taken to monitor successful completion of the same.
Chief minister of Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi stated this in a meeting with Praful C. Patel Vice President of World Bank for South Asia here on Tuesday.
Pervaiz also briefed the World Bank representative about measures taken for uplift of agriculture sector including its research and marketing system.
He also explained to the guest about Punjab Ambulance Service Pilot Project. He also briefed him on Punjab Project to deal with hospital waste.
He averred that concrete steps have been taken to improve training of nursing in the Province.
