President Musharraf has invited the Pakistani and Indian cricket teams for an "all love" tea party on Wednesday.
The announcement was made after the president left the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
The president is expected to give a message of love to the Indian team who brings in a similar note from Premier Atal Behari Vajpayee.
Cricket had always been a source of bringing Pakistan and India closer and this time too is no exception.
