PESHAWAR: Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) have ordered the posting/transfer of two Judicial Officers in the public interest, with immediate effect.
According to details, Ishtiaq Ahmad, District and Session Judge Swabi has been transferred and posted as registrar, Peshawar High Court, against the vacant post.
Moreover Asif Rashid, Additional District and Session Judge, Swabi has been authorized to look after the administrative work, urgent Judicial (Civil & Criminal) matters and to act as drawing and Disbursing Officer pertaining to the vacant Court of District & Session Judge, Swabi, till further orders, says an order issued here by the Peshawar High Court on Monday.
