This was stated by LSE Managing Director Samir Ahmed on Wednesday.
"We have acquired an appropriate place for the purpose and renovation work will be started soon", he told Business Recorder.
"We expect the floor, which has been named 'Faisalabad Trading Floor' will be functional with start of the new financial year", he said.
He informed that the floor would function under supervision of the LSE and brokers intending to open their offices would be extended rooms on rent, terminals and other necessary facilities. In order to facilitate brokers, LSE would also depute IT and managerial staff in Faisalabad.
After seeing response of Faisalabad, trading floors would also be opened at Multan, Gujranwala and Sialkot, Samir said.
