The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued separate notices to Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for April 26, in three bail applications filed by Agha Marghub and others involved in bank fraud cases.
The applicants have prayed for their bails on medical ground. The counsel of the applicants contended before the court that the accuseds are not medically fit, hence their medical treatment is not possible in the jail.
The court, after hearing the applicant's counsel at length, issued notices to Chairman NAB and called for report and comments.
