The Pak rupee recovered marginally versus the greenback as the buying pressure eased off in the Interbank Forex Market during the day.
The "spot" market opened with the US dollar changing hands in the range Rs 57.48 and Rs 57.50 as respective buying and selling rates.
In the morning session few deals were executed in the vicinity of Rs 57.49/dollar level. However by the end of trading session the US dollar retreated by 2.0 paisa in bid and at Rs 57.47 and Rs 57.49 as respective buying and selling rates.
In swap transactions, prices in all the tenures remained stable. 1-week swap was dealt in the range of -3.0 paisa and -2.0 paisa.
