The Lahore High Court (LHC) disposed of a petition filed by Fouzia Adeeb against singer Ibrarul Haq, after the representative of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra) informed the court that they had taken action against the responsible persons who broadcast the controversial song of Iabrar.
The petitioner has approached the court against Ibrar for singing song "Nuch Punjaban Nuch".
The counsel of Ibrar contended before the court that the respondent has already changed the words of the song.
He also assured not to sing the said song in future. The court accordingly disposed of the petition.
