'Centres of tax fraud'

Reference letter appearing on 8th April 2004. Will you please inform this office as to who is pro bono publico to give us any one specific example of the large-scale tax fraud or corruption in the Data Processing Centres.
Just one example would be sufficient to take action against any officer/official involved in the dirty business.
