A four-member delegation of a leading software company Oracle headed by Regional Director Keith Budge called on President General Pervez Musharraf at Aiwan-e-Sadr here on Thursday.
During the course of the meeting the President spoke at length on the IT sector development in Pakistan and said that vast opportunities exist for further investment in this sector. He said IT sector is one of the key areas of focus for development.
The delegation thanked the President and said that they already have their presence in Pakistan. They hoped to further expand their operations in the country.
Federal Minister for Information Technology Owais Ahmed Khan Leghari was also present on the occasion.
