Fun & Food for Special Children, a concept which was launched about three years ago by renowned artist and social worker Jimmy Engineer, has picked momentum and different restaurants, 5-Star Hotels and clubs have started inviting special children.
Jimmy Engineer and president of Karachi Ghymkhana Iqbal Taqi have arranged a lunch for special children at the club premises on 26th of this month at 11 am. Special children will perform tableau, sing songs and will show their talents.
This function has been arranged for the special children so that they get a feel of the atmosphere just like any other normal children.
These programmes are held frequently so that greater awareness about the problems faced by these children are highlighted through media and only then people can come forward and help them in their own way.-PR
