All potential investors who have submitted their EoIs for the purchase Faletti's Hotel at Lahore have been invited to attend a pre-bid conference, for better understanding of the bidding process, on April 27, 2004, to be held under the chairmanship of Salim Gul, Secretary, Ministry of Privatisation.
The bidding date for Faletti's Hotel will also be announced, after consultation with the prospective bidders in this pre-bid conference, which is expected to be held early in May, 2004.
In response to the fresh invitation, the Privatisation Commission has received 16 more Expressions of Interest from prospective bidders for the sale of Faletti's Hotel, Lahore on 'as is where is' basis.
Sixteen parties had earlier submitted EoIs.
The total of 32 participants is now expected to take part in the final bidding process.
