The CyberNet announced Ikram Rashid from Faisalabad as winner of the prize of Rs 100,000 in the second lucky draw held recently.
Chief guest Shahid Ahmed Khan, executive director, Lakson Tobacco, performed the honours of picking coupon of lucky winner. During the draw over 12,000 subscribers were included in the draw.
On the occasion, the winner of first lucky draw, Zahid Nisar, was also present.
Shahid Ahmed Khan, executive director, Lakson Tobacco, congratulated CyberNet on their accomplishments.
He lauded the efforts of CyberNet who are presently providing Internet services to more than 300,000 subscribers in the country. The company is providing its service in 20 major cities and would enhance its services to 35 more cities by next year, he added.
CyberNet, a subsidiary of Lakson Group of Companies one of the Pakistan's largest and diversified business groups, launched its services commercially in March 1997 from the city and later extended its operations to Lahore and other major cities.
The ceremony was also witnessed by newsmen and Syed Abulhasan Rizvi, general-manager, marketing of Cybernet, Ali Khan, marketing manager along with marketing and customer care team.-PR
