President General Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali met here on Monday and reviewed the prevailing law and order situation in the country.
The two leaders reiterated their resolve to rid the country of the scourge of extremism and continue the fight against terrorism.
The President and the Prime Minister also discussed the political situation and relief measures for the common man in the forthcoming budget.
The Prime Minister briefed the President about his recently concluded visit to Saudi Arabia and talks with the Saudi leadership.
