A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Allama Iqbal Open University and Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro to set up Study Centre of AIOU in the Department of Architecture, Mehran University.
A university spokesman said the Study Centre would co-ordinate the Master Programme of Environmental Design Courses. The distant learning programme had already been established in Karachi and Lahore.
The MoU was signed by Mehran University Vice Chancellor Professor Abdul Qadeer Rajput in the presence of Programme Co-ordinator, Dr Nomana Anjum and Course Co-ordinator Professor Abdul Rasheed Memon, the spokesman added.
