The Chief Secretary Punjab, Kamran Rasool has announced a grant of Rs 5 lakh for the library of The Trust School, Aamir Town, Lahore.
He also laid foundation stone of Zaheer Block of the school, which is being constructed by the family of a renowned surgeon, Mayo Hospital Lahore, Professor Dr T. A Shah in memory of his father Colonel Zaheer-ur-din (late).
Managing Director Punjab Education Foundation, Qazi Afaaq Hussain presided over the foundation laying ceremony. Trustee of the school, Additional Inspector General of Police Irfan Mahmood and Secretary General of the Trust, Tahir Yousaf highlighted the performance of the school on the occasion.
