An accountability court on Friday framed charges against wilful defaulters of National Industrial Credit & Finance Corporation (NICFC) Faisal Awan and Nawaz Awan.
Faisal Awan is defaulter of Rs 50.2 million while Nawaz Awan is defaulter of Rs 20.1 million.
The accused contended that they would face the proceedings and contest their case in accordance with the law.
The court rose for the day directing to the prosecutor to produce the prosecution witnesses on next date of hearing June 14.
