Muhammad Sohail, Judicial Magistrate, Orangi Town on Monday remanded Shahid Alam alias Guddu Bihari Nazim Orangi Town to police custody till June 10 in two different cases registered in Mominabad Police and Pakistan Bazar Police of Orangi Township.
According to case registered on June 5 by Muhammad Younus brother of Acting Nazim, Muhammad Feroz in Pakistan Bazar Police that accused Guddu Bihari had come to his house and opened fire with automatic weapons. It was a murder attempt, the complaint told the police and investigators.
In second FIR, lodged on complaint of Inspector Fasih-uz-Zaman.
SHO Mominabad PS, accused Guddu Bihari was present in front of house of Muhammad Afaq Khan Shahid a former MNA in suspicious condition. Police intercepted him and during search recovered a T.T pistol from his possession.
