Singapore bunker fuel prices edged down on Tuesday due to weak cargo prices, while enquiries were also lower.
"There are 8,000-9,000 tonne enquiries," a trader said. Singapore 380-centistoke slipped to $182/$183 from $184-$185 a tonne on Monday. There were 10,000 tonne enquiries on Monday.
Supplies remained ample, with Singapore heavy residue stocks at a near four-year high at 12.53 million barrels as of June 2.
