The Lahore High Court (LHC) will proceed with a petition filed against the appointment of five additional judges in the LHC on Thursday, June 10.
The petitioner Barrister Zafarullah contended that the respondent judges were appointed against the merit. He prayed to the court to declare their appointment as illegal, unconstitutional and without lawful authority.
