NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
SRO 477(I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and section 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. SRO 41(I)/2000, dated the 1st February, 2000, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Schedule, against S. No. 12 in column (1), in column (2), the words "and Central Excise" shall be omitted.
This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st July, 2004.
