Justice Ata-ur-Rahman of High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Monday admitted an appeal for regular hearing against former Deputy Commissioner Arif Ellahi and his younger brother Sohail Ellahi.
The appeal was filed by Shaikh Khalil-ur-Rahman, maternal uncle of the respondents who sought enhancement of eighteen months sentence to maximum seven years in a case of causing grave injuries and tress pass into property -
Choudhry Iftekhar advocate represented the appellant while accused/respondents were represented by Barrister Azirullah K Shaikh.
