Seminar on stress management on June 26

Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre is organising one-day seminar on 'Stress Management' on Saturday, June 26.
Professor Saad Bashir Malik, Professor of Psychiatry at Allama Iqbal Medical College would be the guest speaker on this occasion.
The seminar is aimed at providing directors, consultants and managers with a lucid understanding of stress with which they have to combat in their lives.
In this world of competition and fast paced communication, the demands to meet managerial deadlines have increased which lead to over burden, ultimately resulting in breakdown of physical health.
The seminar may help develop effective strategies for stress management.
