Body to evolve strategy for LTU staff training

For smooth working at Large Taxpayer Unit (LTU), Karachi, the Central Board of Revenue (CBR) has constituted a committee to devise strategy for training of LTU officials.
CBR Member Human Resource Management (HRM) Zafar Aziz Osmai has issued a notification in this regard here on Thursday.
The committee has also been given task to assess the training needs and subsequently evolve strategy for this purpose.
The committee comprises Director General LTU, Collector of Sales Tax, LTU, Commissioner HRM, LTU, Secretary (HRD), HRM and Second Secretary (HRD), HRM, Karachi.
The committee would use the current job description to evaluate the incumbent's respective strength and support functions along with a delivery plan in consultation with the respective directorates and consultants.
The committee shall submit its preliminary report within four weeks of its constitution.
