PIMH to have water filter plant
A water filtration plant is being installed at Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH).
A water filtration plant is being installed at Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH).
This was announced by the PIMH Executive Director, Brigadier Dr Saeed A. Akhtar (Retd), here on Thursday.
He expressed hope the plant, which was in its final stage of installation, would become functional within a month.
The plant would purify water of good quality for the convenience of patients and hospital staff.
Dr Saeed said that around over 1,000 indoor patients and 400 to 500 outdoor patients, coming daily to the hospital would be able to get purified water.
Besides the patients, the consultants, doctors, paramedical staff and other employees would also be getting the benefit of this plant, he added.
