Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday directed law officer to get reply from Director Intelligence Bureau (IB) by July 29.
The court also directed the respondent IB official not to harass the petitioner Razia Bibi and her family.
The petitioner contended that area officer of IB Sheikupura was harassing and threatening her of dire consequences. She said that the respondent was disturbing her on the point that her brother had gone abroad by using illegal means.
She contended that her brother Dilshad had gone abroad after adopting proper legal procedure. She therefore prayed to the court to direct the respondent to act in accordance with the law and not to harass her and her family.
