Supreme Court First Bench to continue working next week

The First Bench of the Supreme Court will continue to work during the coming week here.
Headed by Chief Justice Nazim Hussain Siddiqui, the bench includes Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar and Justice Muhammad Nawaz Abbasi. Nearly eight percent of the cases listed before it are appeals in service matters. There is also an appeal by Polish National Oil and Gas Company with its American joint venture partner.
Muhammad Akram Sheikh is representing the Polish appellant while Hafeez Pirzada Law Associates are appearing for Tullow Pakistan, an American oil explorers.
