Computer balloting for the shares, as it is done by different companies, is a hoax and a big fraud. Can somebody answer me this question?
Is it not possible to programme the computer to select certain numbers for sure and then the remaining numbers at random. If the answer is yes then something has to be done about it.
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and the three stock exchanges of Pakistan should take notice of this fact and ban all private companies from indulging in this daylight robbery.
And the job of computer balloting for all new floatation's be given exclusively to CDC.
I am quite sure that all these companies will jump up with one voice to deny the allegation. But they are lying. It is happening and happening with a vengeance. May be that they are not doing it as a company policy, but who can stop some lowly paid programmers from doing so for personal gains.
The very fact that this can be done is justification enough to take the proposed action. Clinton says he did what he did only because he could do it.
I was flabbergasted the other day when I received an offer from someone saying that his friend works in such and such a company and that he is in a position to ensure that your application for such and such shares will certainly be successful. I had known this for quite some time, but that this disease has spread to this extent has surprised me.
Is this not enough as an eye opener for the authorities concerned to take some concrete action against the companies indulging in this swindle?
