Sindh Police Chief Syed Kamal Shah said here on Thursday that the operation launched in the Lyari area against criminals, including narcotics and extortion gangs will be pursued vigorously to eliminate all kinds of Mafias from the area.
He told UPP that the manner in which the press had supported the Sindh police campaign against the criminals in Lyari was a real "Morale booster" for the Sindh police.
He said he was happy to find that there is now an appreciation of the positive work being done by Sindh police, especially by the media and the public.
He assured that the criminals in the Lyari and other areas of Karachi city would be nabbed soon.
