On July 15, our electricity power went from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm (2 hours) all subscribers of KESC suffered a lot and even infants and kids were troubled.
Who was responsible for this break down, why did we consumers suffer for nothing. The KESC should take positive steps to improve the working quality of KESC.
I am surprised why the KESC does not make proper arrangements to get rid of electricity failures which frequently disturb the consumers.
They have engineers capable of solving the electricity problem but they are not sincere to the general public who pays the lions' share of all the taxes to the federal government.
In our neighbouring country (India) in Bombay, I never saw any electricity failure. They manage to control their whole electricity system.
All their local trains (Urban and Western) are run on electricity.
If there is any failure of electricity all the running trains in the whole of Bombay, will stop running.
Please try to improve your power supply and avoid electricity break-downs/shut downs which cause nothing but difficulties and problems to the subscribers/consumers.
