Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) while clarifying action taken against a Chinese Company M/s Mingbo Success International, said that the said company was black listed after verification of the documents submitted by the firm with the bid for procurement of 3-phase static whole current digital meters, as these documents were found fake.
According to press release, Wapda also clarified a news item published in a section of press regarding replacement of Pesco Chief. The Wapda spokesman denied any such decision regarding replacement of Pesco chief Brigadier Tahir Saeed
