I wish to congratulate the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources and provisional Ministry of Mines & Minerals on this exceptional occasion of Noble Energy International Coal Conference to be held in Islamabad.
It is only because of extra-ordinary efforts of these ministries that we are now set to change the roadmap of power generation sector in Pakistan.
Now for creating a considerable impact of this development it is important to maintain favourable political & social environment and create the mechanism to mobilise community support as it would help in maintaining the law & order status in the area.
We should think apart from business and technology driven approaches, towards more people centred approaches. It will develop sense of participation and ownership among the people of the area.
On this day of International Coal Conference all stake holders in this mega project should resolve to all possible ways to lead the way of sustainable development in power sector in Pakistan.
