I am pleased to note that the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry is organising 27th FPCCI Export Trophy Awards for the leading exporters of 2002-2003. The FPCCI Export Trophy Awards has earned recognition at national and international levels and these awards are pride for the exporters.
The FPCCI Export Trophy Awards are playing a vital role in promotion of exports of Pakistan and creating encouragement to the other exporters.
So far we have not gained our rightful share in the world's export market and it is the responsibility of the Government and the Private Sector to work in partnership to explore new markets, and diversify our export through aggressive marketing.
Our exporters and manufacturers constitute a dynamic community and FPCCI Export Trophy Award Winners are the heroes of this community - they really deserve congratulation.
I congratulate Mr Riaz Ahmed Tata, President - FPCCI and Members of the Managing Committee on organising such a happy event and bringing out an informative souvenir. I would also like to felicitate the winners of the Export Trophy on their commendable performance and wish them success in the years to come.
