Silver Textile Factory opened its doors in 1982 and has not looked back since. For over 2 decade our name has been synonymous with quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
The journey has not been easy but our strong founding principles and constant endeavours for perfection have enabled us to become one of the premier names in Pakistan's highly competitive textile industry.
Over the past 20 years, we have rapidly expanded our manufacturing capabilities to meet the ever-growing demand of our products in the international market.
Currently we are manufacturing a broad range of products including bath linen, kitchen linen, bed linen, bathrobes and various institutional products.
Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with the latest machinery and equipment which are constantly upgraded and streamlined in order to keep up with the latest in textile technology. Being a complete vertically integrated unit enables us to monitor the production process at every step.
From Spinning to Packing, each and every product passes through strict quality control measures to ensure consistency in product quality. Our high capacity power generation unit ensure non-stop production at all areas.
In the current global business scenario, Silver Textile Factory is well aware of its social responsibility SILVER TEXTILE has given thumbs up to Health & Safety and Environmental Standards for last many years.
Social Management System of SILVER TEXTILE addresses the conditions applicable at workspace in the direction of National Labour laws, ILO Conventions, Recommendation & International Standards.
ADHERENCE TO SOCIAL COMPLIANCE
CHILD LABOUR:
Our customers can rest assured that SILVER TEXTILE has always stood against the use of child labour. As a matter of strict policy the organisation doesn't employ any person below the age of 18 years.
FORCED LABOUR: Silver Textile doesn't engage forced Labour under any context. It also does not deal with any individual or organisation that employs forced labour in any form.
DISCRIMINATION: Silver Textile is committed to providing a work environment that is free of discrimination and unlawful harassment. Actions, words, jokes or comments based on an individual's sex, race ethnicity, age, religion or any other legally protected characteristic are not tolerated.

Silver Textile believes that employees are its worthy assets. To assist in providing a safe and healthy work environment for employees, Silver Textile has established a work place safety program.
Employees and Supervisors receive periodic workplace safety training. This training covers potential safety and health hazards and safe work practices.
The organisation provides adequate First Aid supplies, substantial fire fighting equipment, fire exits at all floor and also clean rest rooms at factory premises.
Our in-house power generation, while ensuring continuous production also provides pollution-free, low cost energy by using heat recovery from both exhaust and hot water.
HIGH QUALITY WORK FORCE: Beside concentrating all the time on high quality machineries, Silver Textile specially emphasises on high quality work force at every level. Special attention is given to hire 'best in the market' people who can deliver high quality output.
DISCIPLINARY PRACTICES: Silver Textile's own best interest lies in ensuring fair treatment of all employees and in making certain that disciplinary actions are prompt, uniform and impartial.
The major purpose of any disciplinary action is to correct the problem, prevent recurrence and prepare the employee for satisfactory service in the future.
FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION TO WORKERS AND SECURITY TO THEIR RIGHTS: Silver Textile respects all basic right of the workers as provided under the framework of Pakistan's Industrial Laws. All workers are free to join trade union of their choice and exercises right of Collective Bargaining.
DIFFERENT SECTIONS SPINNING: Our spinning department comprises of the latest in high tech spinning technology. AUTOCORO (SCHLAFHORSAT) and TOYODA RING FRAME machines combine to produce over 20 tons of yarn on a daily basis.
Our yarn count ranges from 5 to 40 in both natural and man-made fibers. Our sophisticated back process utilises TRUTZCHLER blow room and carding machines, well supported by REITER (RSB) drawing machines.
WEAVING: Silver textile factory is equipped with the latest, most modern weaving machinery manufactured by SULZER, IWAMA (Japan) & HIRWA with double MURATA Jacquard (Japan) for producing terry as well as non-terry products.
Recently a large quantity of Vamatex looms are inducted. For sizing Sukkar Muller machine has been inducted. Additionally several locally manufactured looms are being used as well.
Our daily yield on shuttle less terry products is 3 tons while the auto looms provide an additional 10-15 tons. Furthermore, we have the capacity to produce 10,000 yards per day of non-terry products.
DYEING: Our state-of-the-art dyeing house is equipped with latest machines imported from Japan, Germany & Spain.
The more prominent names include THIES, THAN, ATYC and soft flow brands. We are thus able to produce any colour range as desired by our customers. Ours is one of the very few dyeing houses in Pakistan employing the use of highly sophisticated drying machines instead of air-drying the fabric.
STITCHING: We boast one of the biggest in-house stitching units in Pakistan with a capacity to produce over 15 tons of goods per day.
Our stitching units are equipped with the latest machinery including Lock stitch, Over-lock, Surging, Safety lock & Batik machines. Recent induction is of "Automatic Ribbon Machine". Equally impressive is our in-house inspection area comprising of grading, cropping, packing & storage sections.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Our in-house, fully equipped inspection & quality control facility is designed to handle all our quality related issues. Quality assurance measure are followed at each & every step of the production process & every yard of the fabric is inspected & re-inspected for errors.
All greigh & dyed goods are inspected for colour fastens, light fastness & wet & dry crocking. At Silver Textile, we remain committed to our stance on Total Quality Management & always take quality as priority No 1.
