Public road approach streets leading to colony 20 x 100 foot encroachment, may kindly be checked by the deputing officials of CDKG and KBCA as we, the residents of Madni Colony, are disillusioned by the total silence and no action against the encroachers of the road leading to our houses in Madni Colony Grax Area, by persons, who have established their own rule of law in the area.
They are known for land grabbing activities in the area and are already occupying enough land in the name of religion.
The site plan attached clearly shows the encroached road adjacent to the playground. Correspondence sent to all Government functionaries, have borne no fruitful results.
This playground is the only hope for the children of the area, with cricket matches organised. It serves as recreation for the young and old alike.
(1) The illegal gate and walls meant to block the road be demolished promptly.
(2) For the playground the appropriate authorities be instructed to barricade the walls and gate - thereby opening the same.
(3) The playground be property barricaded/fenced with appropriate guards to save government property. Exemplary and sou moto action be taken to avoid such happenings, in future.
(4) The area police be instructed to ensure no such encroachment be allowed.
(5) The Town Nazim and Councillors be activated and awakened from their deep slumber, and if they have any interest in selling the road action be taken against them, as well, as they have practically done nothing so far for the area they represent, and have closed their eyes on the illegal occupation of the road which was illegally occupied on 03/08/2004.
