While the nation celebrated the 58th Independence Day with zeal and fervour having renewed commitment to make Pakistan a prosperous state, and the President, PM, Federal Ministers and other elite enjoyed the musical function at the President House, the two married women were committing suicide, in Lahore, due to poverty, their husbands being jobless.
