'The Founders' of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) in its meeting held here Monday discussed candidatures of the candidates for Trade Group/Chamber/Associate Class for the coming elections.
The Founders Chairman Pervez Hanif presided over the meeting which was attended by a large number of representatives of various markets/trade organisations of the provincial metropolis. The meeting maintained that some of the important sectors had been kept away from the election process, consequent upon which the issues confronting to such sectors still remained unresolved, says a press release here today.
The meeting decided to bring forward representatives of those sectors in LCCI polls which had been ignored in the past.
While addressing the meeting, Pervez Hanif said the members had started approaching us to join their group.
