The date for submission of admission forms for the first year classes in Karachi has been extended up to August 28.
This was announced in a statement of the City District Government Karachi, (CDGK) on Wednesday.
It said that the City Nazim, Naimatullah Khan, had extended the date for submission of admission forms for the first year classes up to August 28.
The date has been extended in view of the requests of a large number of candidates who had requested the nazim that owing to rush at the banks and late receipt of marks sheets they were unable to submit admission forms in time, statement said.
In order to save the academic year of such candidates the city nazim has extended the date up to August 28.
The concerned officials of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) have beer issued necessary directives. The candidates have also been, directed to make sure that they submit their admission forms within the stipulated time period as there will be no further extension.
