Two gangs of outlaws busted

Investigation Circle Naulakha and Mughalpura Police have busted two gangs of outlaws involved in a number of cases of looting general stores and PCOs and lifting of motorcycles from various areas of the city. The accused have confessed to 12 incidents of robbing of general stores on gunpoint and lifting of motorcycles.
The culprits of Javed alias Jaidi Gang were apprehended by a special team headed by DSP Naulakha Circle, Khalid Masood and other officials. This gang used to loot general stores and PCOs on gunpoint. The gangsters have confessed to 10 incidents in various areas. Around seven cases have also been traced against them in Misri Shah, Herbanspura and Liaqatabad Police Stations. The arrested were identified as ring leader Javed alias Jaidi, Muhammad Fiaz alias TT, Azeem Masih, Tariq Masih and Sohail Masih, The police also recovered a stolen motorcycle No LZ-7135, cell phones and 4 pistols along with bullets from their possession.
Similarly, Mughalpura Circle Police apprehended a motorcycle lifter Arif and recovered two stolen motorcycles from his possession.
SHO Mughalpura arrested the criminal who confessed various incidents of motorcycle lifting including Civil Line and Shalimar areas. Two stolen motorcycles No LRP-1893 and LRS-5435 were also recovered on the pointation of the accused.
