The Karachi Building Control Authority has advised the citizens to beware of housing projects, publicised by the builders without seeking No Objection Certificate (NOC).
It has been observed that the builders were publicising their projects in print and electronic media without mentioning the NOC issued by the Karachi Building Control Authority, a KBCA press release stated on Sunday.
It advised the citizens to ensure before the booking of any shop, flat or house that the builder has obtained an NOC from the KBCA under Section 12(4) of the Sindh Building Control Ordinance, and only after that enter into any sale/purchase agreement.
