As many as seven division and 18 single benches will work at the principal seat of the Lahore High Court, during the week commencing from Monday (August 30, 2004).
According to a notification issued by the LHC, division benches are headed by Justice Chaudhry Ijaz Ahmed, Justice Syed Zahid Hussain, Justice Mian Muhammad Najamuz Zaman, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Nasim Siknadar and Justice Sh. Abdul Rashid.
The single benches will comprise Chief Justice Iftikhar Hussain Chaudhry, Justice Chaudhry Ijaz Ahmed, Justice Syed Zahid Hussain, Justice Mian Muhammad Najamuz Zaman, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Bashir A Mujahid, Justice Nasim Sikandar, Justice Muhammad Sayeed Akhtar, Justice Muhammad Sair Ali, Justice Mian Hamid Farooq, Justice Abdul Shakoor Piracha, Justice Chaudhry Iftikhar Hussain, Justice Farrukh Latif, Justice Syed Sakhi Hussain Bokhari, Justice Sh. Abdul Rashid, Justice Muhammad Muzammil Khan and Justice Muhammad Bilal Khan.
