Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi addressing a meeting on higher education here on Tuesday has dilated that a university would be established in city of Gujrat in the Province.
Disclosing on university's establishment in the city, the CM said that besides its contributing towards promotion of educational sector, it would add to industrial effort in the area.
Punjab Chief Minister said that the University would also advance industrial activity in cities of Sialkot, Gujranwala, Wazirabad and other areas close to Gujrat.
Pervaiz Elahi said that stout efforts were on to establish new administrative machinery for the enhancement of education in 34 districts of the Province.
