Pakistan Railways has entered into 99-year lease agreement with SMS Enterprises Private Limited for a piece of land situated near Chaklala Railway Station.
Through that agreement PR would obtain Rs 79 million at the end of the lease period, official sources in the Ministry of Railways informed here on Wednesday.
Additional General Manager PR, Abdul Wahab Awan and Chief Executive SMS Enterprises, Ijaz Jaffery signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
The signing ceremony took place at Railways Headquarters office.
Secretary/Chairman Railways, Asif Hayat Malik, General Manager (Operations), Muhammad Aurangzeb Khan and other' senior officials were also present on the occasion.
