The Human Resource Development Network will organise second International HRD Congress in the federal capital on October 1.
In a statement issued here Thursday, Secretary General of the congress, Ozair A. Hanafi said that Prime Minister, Shaukat Aziz would be the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of the moot.
