Defence of Pakistan Day will be celebrated with usual enthusiasm and zeal in the city and other parts of the Sialkot district on Monday.
The daylong programmes would be started with special prayers for the solidarity, unity and prosperity of the country and for the early liberation of Indian occupied Kashmir in all mosques of the Sialkot.
Quran Khawani for Shuhada who laid their lives in defence of their motherland will also be held at various places.
On this occasion, Sialkot Tehsil Municipal Administration has arranged colourful programmes to celebrate Defence Day of Pakistan. Hilal-e-Istiqlal flag would be unfurled on top of Jinnah hall.
Meanwhile, several social, cultural and literary organisations had also finalised their colourful programmes in commemoration of this memorable day.
