AJK assembly meets on September 9

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly will meet on Thursday (September 9).
President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Major General Sardar Muhammad Anwer Khan (Retd) has convened the session, which will be presided over by Speaker Sardar Sayyab Khalid. The house will debate the latest situation of Jammu and Kashmir besides private and legislative business.
Prime Minister Sardar Sikandar Hayat's government of the Muslim Conference may face tough time in the house following internal bickering, while the opposition PPP AJK will appear with its new party head Sahibzada Muhammad Ishaq Zafar.
