He gave the credit of the creation of such kind of atmosphere to both MQM chief Altaf Hussain and leadership of Awami National Party (ANP).
The Advisor said that the conspirators have also hatched the conspiracy of sectarian riots but it was overcome timely.
He said that situation in Karachi remains peaceful whenever MQM is partner in the affairs of the government.
Salahuddin Haider said that the elected representatives belonging to MQM did not believe in the politics of permits and commissions and only wanted to play their role having check on the bureaucracy. But, they were never allowed to play this role.
"This is not only the right of MQM but a world recognised tradition that elected public representatives exercise their rights, but in case of our party, we were never allowed to do this job," he added and alleged that organised riots were created in Karachi in May this year. However, he said that situation is now under control completely.
The Advisor to CM Sindh dispelled the impression of any kind of rigging in the by-elections on May 12, saying that in case of rigging the MMA candidate would not have to bag 26,000 votes from MQM stronghold of Azizabad.
