Shahbaz's petition referred to another bench

A division bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) Thursday referred a petition, seeking return of Shahbaz Sharif, to Chief Justice for its disposal by any other bench, when one of the members of the bench refused to hear the petition.
The petitioner Gulzar Hussain, a PML-N worker has prayed to the court to direct the respondent government to allow former Chief Minister Punjab and PML-N President Mian Shahbaz Sharif to come back to his homeland.
Earlier the petition came up for hearing before the division bench comprising Justice Ijaz Chaudhry and Justice Mian Hamid Farooq, but the later refused to hear the petition due to some personal reasons.
The petitioner contended that Shahbaz Sharif is Pakistani national and has legal and constitutional right to come back to his homeland.
