A division bench of Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday adjourned hearing of a criminal revision application filed by General Secretary of Mohajir Qaumi Movement (Haqiqi), Aamir Khan.
The date to be fixed for hearing later by the office of the court. The bench comprising Justice Wahid Bux Brohi and Justice Rehmat Hussain Jaffery.
The applicant moved the SHC through his counsel, Khawaja Naveed Ahmed challenging his trial before an Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on charge of double murder. The applicant seeks transfer of case and trial by a session court.
